- Holotype: male, INV CRU8404, coll. J. Lazarus, 05 Dec. 2010; 4.6 × 4.5 mm.
- Type locality: Colombia, Chocó, Gulf of Urabá, Triganá, Napú
- Paratypes: 2 males, 2 females (1 ovigerous), INV CRU8405, same collection data as holotype. Size of males is 4.2 × 3.7 mm and 3.3 × 3.2 mm; size of females is 5.3 × 5.2 mm (ovigerous) and 4.3 × 4.0 mm.
