- Type locality: Thailand: Wat Tam Pha Plong, Chiangdao, Chiangmai, 19°24'7.3" N, 98°55'5.6" E.
- Holotype: CUMZ 5003. Measurement: height 3.9 mm, shell width 6.6 mm, and with 6 whorls.
- Paratypes: NHMUK 20130064 (2 shells), SMF 341487 (1 shell), CUMZ 5004 (1 shell).
