• Holotype: MNHN–DJV 129, collected by T. Pérez on 4 March 2007.
• Type locality: “France, Mediterranean Sea, Marseille, Maire Island, 10 m depth, on the ceiling of the submarine cave Grotte à corail (43.2096º N, 5.3353º W)”.
