Ophioderma pentacanthum H.L. Clark, 1917

Type locality: Galapagos, Hood Island, 5 miles SW of Ripple Point.
Holotype: USNM E 726, Galapagos, Hood Island, 5 miles SW of Ripple Point, Albatross Station 4643; 1°29ˊ0 S, 89°48ˊ30 W; 183 m (100 fms); 7 Nov. 1904; Albatross Expedition leg.; broken shells and globigerina.
Paratypes: USNM E 9798 and MCZ OPH-4519. Same data as for holotype.
