James Sowerby (mycologist)
James Sowerby (1815–1834), British mycologist. Grandson of James Sowerby, son of James de Carle Sowerby, nephew of Charles Edward Sowerby and George Brettingham Sowerby I, cousin of John Edward Sowerby and George Brettingham Sowerby II, cousin once removed of George Brettingham Sowerby III, and great uncle of Arthur de Carle Sowerby.
