- Symbiont: Parasitic, living under pedal disc of sea anemone Calliactis japonica attached to gastropod shells inhabited by pagurid crabs Dardanus ssp.; life mode includes cropping host's tentacles.
- Type locality: Misaki, Sagami Bay, Japan
- Types: Holotype SMBL 19
- Distribution: Sagami Bay, Japan, East China Sea, northern Western Australia, 10-230 m
