Eridacnis radcliffei Smith, 1913

  • Holotype: USNM 74604.
  • Paratypes: USNM 317570 (2, embryos from holotype).

Type locality: Off Jolo Light, Sulu Islands, 6°11'50"N, 121°08'20"E, Philippines, Albatross station 5135, depth 161 fathoms.

Etymology: named in honor of ichthyologist-malacologist Lewis Radcliffe (1880-1950), member of Bureau of Fisheries team that collected type from the steamer Albatross. (From: The ETYFish project)
