Eptatretus luzonicus Fernholm, Norén, Kullander, Quattrini, Zintzen, Roberts, Mok & Kuo, 2013

Holotype (unique): USNM 207761 (apparently lost).

Type locality: Off Batag Island, 5.1 miles off Atalaya Pt., east of the southern end of Luzon Island, Philippines, 12°43'51"N, 124°58'50"E, depth 563 meters.
