• Type locality: Epibenthos sledge sample from a water depth of 1525 metres, RV "Sonne" cruise SO 136 site 2 station 012, Latitude 43º25.15' S, Longitude 167º50.15' E, Challenger Plateau, West of South Island, New Zealand.
