Name

Cushmanideidae Puri in Hartmann & Puri, 1974

• Type-genus: Cushmanidea Blake, 1933
• Remarks: Puri in Hartmann & Puri, 1974 treated the new family Cushmanideidae as a nomen translativum of Cushmanideini Puri, 1973. However, that paper was not published in 1973 but on October 1, 1974, while the Hartmann & Puri paper was published in April 1974.
