• Holotype: RBINS POR 85, collected by Ph. Willenz and Brad Rosenheim on 7 June 2003.
• Type locality: “Martinique, Le Diamant, Grotte du Fer à Cheval, 14º28′04.72’’ N 61º00′59.37′′ W, 22 m depth”.
