Type locality: off Madagascar, South Cape, Sainte Marie.
Holotype: MNHN IE-2013-8012, ethanol preserved, off Madagascar, South Cape, Sainte Marie, 26˚16.35’S, 45˚10.45’E, 409-473 m, 14 May 2010, collected during the cruise Atimo Vatae 2010, St. CP3616.
Paratypes:
- SMNH-Type-8333, 3 speciemens, same datta as holotype.
- SMNH-Type-85436, 1 specimen, same datta as holotype.
Distribution: Only known from off Madagascar, 409-473 m depth (type locality).
Etymology: named after Sabine Stöhr.
