Type locality: Sample JO-86D. Tuffaceous cherts within upper basalt member of Josephine ophiolite, Western Klamath Terrane, Smith River Subterrane, Turner Albright Mine, approx. 0.3miles west of Blue Creek, Josephine County, Oregon. Callovian (Jurassic).
