  1. You did not provide any evidence to proof that he's an interwiki stalker
  2. I have not seen any evidence of vandalism from this user on Wikispecies
  3. Any user have rights to choose their own username

I'm going to reverse this. SeeWolf clearly states his username on his de.wiki page, and I see that it's obvious that this is a stalker/impersonator. Even if it's not (which I highly doubt), Seewolf has a substantial claim to such a username, and it has not made any edits either. So I'm marking this as having renamed Harald Krichel to Renamed Vandal 2, and I'm not renaming SeeWolf to that name because I don't think it's what he wants.   Not done It seems like you have already SULed. While I was able to rename the old user from Markov to -Markov, I cannot rename from RealMarkov to Markov because you have already completed SUL.
