Use of admin tools

- Wikispecies:Global rights usage was created after my actions (but even without consensus). Before that m:Global_sysops#Permission_usage was valid—I was able to delete this page so that there was no active sysop. Regards, DerHexer 21:57, 13 June 2008 (UTC)
