Hi and greetings. It's New Years day, 2015. I just signed onto Wikispecies although you may know of me on Wikipedia under the same username where most of my contributions (creations and edits) have to do with molluscs and Foraminifera.

I decided to join Wikispecies after looking at some of the pages, seeing the need for some upgrading and adding new.

I was going to log in under a different user name, but that seemed to have generated a problem. I still might try it.

Now a little about my self. I'm retired, most of my career way in mineral exploration. Academic emphasis in pursuing a degree in geology (way back in the early 1960s) was in invertebrate and micropaleontology, which feel qualified to comment on.
