Taxonomic changes in Rodríguez-Mirón, Zaragoza-Caballero & Morrone, 2021

Findings in {{Rodríguez-Mirón, Zaragoza-Caballero & Morrone, 2021}}:

• Subfamilies Palophaginae and Zeugophorinae are monophyletic, subfamily Megalopodinae is paraphyletic
• Multiple genera found to be non-monophyletic

Taxonomic changes proposed include:

• A new subfamily Atelederinae proposed for Ateledera
• Three tribes and subtribes proposed for Megalopodinae: tribes Leucasteini, Sphondyliini and Megalopodini, with the last containing three subtribes Macrolophina, Temnaspidina and Megalopodina
• Clythraxeloma resurrected as a genus
• Subgenera of Agathomerus suppressed (i.e.: Agathomeroides, Euagathomerus, Longathomerus, Mesagathomerus and Trichagathomerus are now synonyms of the genus)
• Numerous species recombinations (I won't list them here)

The new arrangement is as follows:

I am not sure where Mimocolobaspis goes since this is not stated in the publication (apparently it was one of the genera they couldn't obtain any specimens of).

I'm not going to implement these changes yet for the time being in case this classification isn't accepted later (I have only just caught Wikispecies up with {{Rodríguez-Mirón, 2018}} somewhat). Apart from that, the article is as of writing currently in Early View, and it isn't registered on ZooBank, so I'm not even sure if any of its nomenclatural proposals can be considered valid until it has a print version (or a ZooBank ID, whichever comes first). But the information is placed here regardless, for convenience.
