@PeterR: could you mention below, on this page, which reference from your list is the source of species assigned to a subgenus and also the source of the species groups for the other species listed? This would make it clear where the authority for these groupings lies. I know some authors prefer to erect Subgenera while others prefer to report "Species Groups". Some quite responsible authors have done both. It would help to know on these discussion pages exactly how the arrangement of species has been referenced. Thanks, Alan.
