Sphaerochloris Hindák, 1988

• Type species: Sphaerochloris asymmetrica (Hindák) Hindák

Nomenclatural notes: Because of supposed priority of Sphaerochloris P.J.L.Dangeard, 1966 (nom. inval.), Hindák proposed Neosphaerochloris nom. nov. (1990). But Dangeard's name was invalid, so Hindák's Sphaerochloris is acceptable, whereas his Neosphaerochloris is superfluous. (Wynne & Furnari 2014: 524)
