- Typus: F.W. Junghuhn s.n. (holotypus: L 0000068(JSTOR) [sh. 908.221-721]).
- Note: Tirvengadum & Sastre (1986: 271) assumed that type of Stylocoryna orophila was identical with that of Gynopachis oblongata Miq. [≡ Aidia oblongata (Miq.) Tirveng. = Aidia densiflora (Wall.) Masam.], thus they placed S. orophila under A. oblongata.
