        • Note: Ridsdale failed to trace this type; Tirvengadum & Sastre (1987) claimed that holotype was deposited at POM, which Ridsdale (1996) denies.
      • Type locality: Philippines. Luzon: Province of Tayabas, hills near Malinao.
