Type locality: Sample MX 84-13. Taman Formation. New road above Barrio de Guadalupe; 1 km from new highway bridge over Rio Moctezuma at second bend in road. Taman-Tamazunchale area, San Luis Potosí, Mexico. Late Jurassic (Upper Tithonian).
