Note: All genera and associated species can be be subsumed into an expanded Melaleuca s.l. see discussion page, but the above are currently accepted by Australian Plant Census and endorsed by the Council of Heads of Australasian Herbaria (CHAH). WS can not take sides in a taxonomic opinion and so this page is maintained.
