Lessonia variegata J.Agardh, 1878

  • Syntype localities: Collenso, Lyalls Bay, Cook str, Hokianga (Agardh 1878: 6).
  • Type: LD? Notes: Asensi & de Reviers (2009: 244): "PC 0062745 from the Sauvageau Herbarium, preserved in cabinet 16 is a Syntype, collected by Laing in 1893 and labelled in Robert Malcolm Laing's handwriting. To our knowledge no lectotype has been designated yet." However, a lectotype has to be selected from J. Agardh's materials, so their selection is not valid.
