Gastrochilus obliquus (Lindl.) Kuntze, Revis. Gen. Pl. 2: 661 (1891).

Type locality: Myanmar, supra montem Toong Dong.
Lectotype: 1826, Wallich, Cat. no. 7304, foto copy at AMES: 00103861, (designated by Seidenfaden 1988).
