  • Type locality: "Hab. ad oras Japoniae (Tilesius!).". Lectotype: W.G. Tilesius; September 1804 - April 1805; LD herb. alg. Agardh 21892 (Boo & Yoshida 1991: 96). Notes: Near the port of Nagasaki, Japan.
