  • Formula hybridae: Adiantum aleuticum (Rupr.) C.A.Paris × Adiantum jordanii Müll.Hal.
  • Typus: "Adiantum. Probably hybrid jordanii X pedatum. Original single plant found near Pepperwood, Sept. 1895, from which this is propagated in garden at Eureka. Sept. 16, 1924." Joseph P. Tracy 6868b (Holotype: UC 249775).
