- Please make sure that in the template, you need to link the article. itself[1] Can you run 10 edits with the bot first, before we go on 500 edits testing? OhanaUnitedTalk page 14:46, 13 September 2009 (UTC)
- Well. It will be divided in time. 1. I will make in the beginning articles 2. Then templates. I think it makes sense to mark it as Category: Preparation. While I will be limited E.coli XXX. Links on NCBI won't be, I will add them after the final decision. Done? S.J. 15:46, 13 September 2009 (UTC)
- Definitively - I would like to see these articles in manual, for example, to put down a chromosome it or plasmid. After that I will remove occurrence in a category Category: Preparation S.J. 15:53, 13 September 2009 (UTC)
- Ok. All is ready ! S.J. 21:28, 13 September 2009 (UTC)
- Looks good. Let's try it on a bigger scale. Approved for trial (100 edits). OhanaUnitedTalk page 04:28, 14 September 2009 (UTC)
- Ok. Time about one month is necessary. S.J. 10:19, 15 September 2009 (UTC)
- Why do we need to wait for 1 month? OhanaUnitedTalk page 21:03, 18 September 2009 (UTC)
- Because for me for this purpose not so it is a lot of time. And it demands preprocessing. S.J. 22:58, 18 September 2009 (UTC)
- However, I prepare sampling of 1000 bacteria. The first 100 I can already download. If there will be time, on these days off or the following. S.J. 02:14, 19 September 2009 (UTC)
- Ok. All is ready ! S.J. 07:24, 21 September 2009 (UTC)
- Alright, run 100 edits please. OhanaUnitedTalk page 08:02, 27 September 2009 (UTC)
- Has not understood, I have already made them [2] !? S.J. 13:28, 27 September 2009 (UTC)
- I want you to do an extra 100 edits, so that I know your bot doesn't have errors. OhanaUnitedTalk page 13:50, 28 September 2009 (UTC)
- Well, but I hope you understand - business not only in algorithm. Problems can be in inconsistency of the data is it will be necessary to correct hands. You risk nothing, since the bot does not edit existing articles, it works only with the new. To co-ordinate articles added by a bot and old articles it is necessary in hand-held. - Ok, now in Category:Preparation you can see 126 species. It has demanded (126*2) edits. As I already spoke, the most part from them still requires hand-held processing. But in the beginning it is necessary to add automatically all set of bacteria. For this purpose the bot status is necessary to me. The set of bacteria will demand nearby 2000 edits for a bot + hand-held processing. I plan to make hand-held processing in a current of 1-2 months (considering that I will be engaged in it not so often - for me not enough free time). In due course I plan to add the data about eucariots and them mitohondrion. But we will start from the small. S.J. 07:50, 29 September 2009 (UTC)
- Thanks for the category. It makes checking pages faster. I spotted some errors: missing space[3][4], missing page breaks[5][6][7][8], and one page (Acidobacteria bacterium Ellin345) that uses wrong template (?!) OhanaUnitedTalk page 04:29, 3 October 2009 (UTC)
- space and page breaks - I will correct. Unfortunately, some errors are possible because of not absolutely true data. For this reason I will check it then in the hand. S.J. 08:03, 3 October 2009 (UTC)
- Though has not understood - why "page (Acidobacteria bacterium Ellin345) that uses wrong template"? Look - [9] (+ synonym: Acidobacteria bacterium Ellin345). Other question that this the template is not loaded yet... But it you do not hasten to assign to me a bot flag that I could load all. S.J. 08:15, 3 October 2009 (UTC)
- Sounds good. Approved. but make sure you do go back and fix any errors that the bot created. OhanaUnitedTalk page 03:39, 4 October 2009 (UTC)
