Type locality: “Peru: Department of Cuzco, Province of La Convención, Vilcabamba Cordillera, eastern slope of the Andes, between the Ene and Urubamba rivers, 325 km northwest of city of Cuzco, 11º39'36"S; 73º40'02"W, at 3,350 m elevation.”
