• Thomasomys laniger (Thomas, 1895)

Holotype: BMNH 95.8.1.39, adult ♀, skin and skull.

Type locality: “Bogota”; corrected to Bogotá Region, 8,750 ft (2,667 m), Cundinamarca, Colombia by Musser and Carleton (2005).
