Purpose edit
A template for genera, species and infraspecific taxa listed in The Plant List (which uses APG III set of families for angiosperms).
Usage edit
Use as:
{{ThePlantList|id=|date=}}for species and infraspecific forms- id (mandatory for species): denotes id found in an URL, e.g. the "kew-136820" part in
www.theplantlist.org/tpl/record/kew-136820for Ocimum basilicum - date (optional): date of access
- id (mandatory for species): denotes id found in an URL, e.g. the "kew-136820" part in
{{ThePlantList|fam=|gen=|date=}}for genera- fam (mandatory for genera): family name for the genus
- gen (optional): genus name. It's necessary in cases when a page name is not equal to a genus name, e.g. we have to paste
{{ThePlantList|fam=Rutaceae|gen=Macrostylis}}for Macrostylis (Rutaceae) - date (optional)
