Usage

The template can also be used for separate chapters by Nicolson, D.H. in this volume. In this case use as {{Nicolson, 1991|1|2|BHL=3}}

Parameters:

the first one (optional): title of chapter.
the second one (optional): range of pages of this chapter.
the third one (optional): number from URL of page at BHL, e.g. "52223825" will produce a link to http://biodiversitylibrary.org/page/52223825

So for example, {{Nicolson, 1991|Menispermaceae|156|BHL=52223917}} will produce the following reference:

Nicolson, D.H. 1991. Menispermaceae. In Flora of Dominica, Part 2: Dicotyledoneae. Smithsonian Contributions to Botany 77: 156. BHL Reference page.
