Purpose

Adds a link to a publications' page in the International Plant Names Index (IPNI).

Usage

Use as: {{IPNI publication|publication ID|name of publication}}

The publication ID can be found on each IPNI page regarding a specific journal; see for instance the IPNI page Genera Plantarum Umbelliferarum displaying the IPNI publication ID "8790-2".
To create a link using that publication ID you would write {{IPNI publication|8790-2|Genera Plantarum Umbelliferarum}} which renders as:

Genera Plantarum Umbelliferarum publication details in the International Plant Names Index.
