Usage

Use this template to add a reference to a taxon on the web site Fauna Europaea by providing the taxon id on Fauna Europaea.

Parameters

• id - the new id of the taxon on Fauna Europaea web site.
  • How to retrieve the id?: In the url https://fauna-eu.org/cdm_dataportal/taxon/bfe065a1-d131-4bfb-8a04-eadc73289180 the id is bfe065a1-d131-4bfb-8a04-eadc73289180.
  • Warning: avoid leading spaces.
• name (optional) - the name of the taxon with its author

The only parameter that is mandatory is the id. If the second parameter is left undefined, it will default to {{PAGENAME}}. If the second parameter is "i", name will be italicized.
