Use

There are three ways to use this template:

{{commons(with translations)}}

The link in the template will direct to a page on Commons with the name of the article where the template is used

{{commons(with translations)|name}}

The link in the template will direct to and show the given name

{{commons(with translations)|name|name2}}

The link in the template will direct to the first given name, but name2 will appear in the text of the template.
