Parameters:

{{blocked|1|2}} where the first parameters should equal the length of the block, and the second the reason for it. For example, use {{blocked|1 month|vandalism}} for accounts that are blocked one month due to vandalism.

Note: It is your choice whether or not you want to substitute this template as {{subst:blocked}}, or use it normally as {{blocked}}.
