No genuine source cited by original author of Wikipedia page for these dates. All that has been previously documented is that he was an arboriculturist at Lymington, Hampshire. Possibly = John Emilie Nelson. Yes, this is him. A death notice in The Courier and Argus (Dundee, Tayside, Scotland) · 1 Feb 1867, Fri · Page 4, confirms this was "Mr. John E.
