The plant in my garden matches the picture on webpage Colchicum laetum - Rare Plants, as well as the description and the picture in The bulb book by Martyn Rix & Roger Phillips - ISBN 90-274-9273-9.

@Meneerke bloem I don't know about the plant, but I was cleaning up ISBN errors and noticed that the one you posted above does not appear to be a valid ISBN. Can you check if its correct? Dear @DannyS712: the last digit of the ISBN was indeed not correct. The valid ISBN is ISBN 90-274-9273-5. NB: I have not the original book of M. Rix & R. Phillips, but the Dutch translation by Suzette E. Stumpel-Rienks, Bollen en Knolgewassen, ed. Het Spectrum B.V., 1982.
