Note: Often considered a synonym of Chesneya Lindl. ex Endl. Gn. Pl. 1275. (1840), but there are morphological differences and no molecular data to confirm that they are sister taxa (LOWO, 2016) - see Govaerts (2020) cf. Hassler {2020)
