Roldana acutangula (Bertol.) Funston (2008: 293)

• Type locality: "slopes of Volcán de Agua," Sacatepéquez Department, Guatemala
  • As quoted by Funston (2008: 293); Bertoloni (1881: 435) cites the location as "in Vulcano d'acqua"; all specimens used for "Florula Guatimalensis" were collected by Joachim Vellasquez near Esquintla and on the Volcán de Agua (Duncan, 1983: 299).
• Holotype: J. Velasquez s.n. (BOLO, microfiche IDC 748 #46 III 7)
