  • Type locality: "Ad Antillas. (Herb. Sonder.)" [Antigua, Antilles, West Indies].
  • Lectotype: (designated by Millar & Kraft 2001: 25) llustration in Kützing 1858, pl. 28: fig. 1 being a mirror image): MEL 14088. Isolectotypes: 13 specimens.
