Porphyrella gardneri G.M.Smith & Hollenberg, 1943

• Type locality: Point Joe, Monterey Peninsula, California.
• Holotype: G.M. Smith 39-12; epiphytic on lateral margins of blades of Laminaria andersonii and on tips of leaflets of Egregia menziesii. DS in UC 306401.
