Platoma novae-caledoniae D’Archino & Payri, in D'Archino et al. 2015

• Type locality: south of the pass at Cap Goulvain (21°34.087'S, 165°14.703'E), Grande Terre Island, New Caledonia.
• Holotype: C. Payri; 11 December 2009; epizoic on the outer coral-reef slope, attached at the base of living corals, occurring from the lower-intertidal zone down to 40 m. IRD 11113 (D'Archino et al. 2015: 312, fig. 22). Isotypes: IRD 11111, IRD 11112. Sequence data: Genbank KP267708 (IRD 11113).
