  • Typus: G. Mann [183] ([January 1860]; Lectotypus: K [cf. K000728893(GBIF, JSTOR), 'unknown type material']).
    • Note: the collection number did not appear in the protologue and was presented by Hutchinson & Dalziel (1931: 91) and Bremekamp (1934: 132).
  • Type locality: Upper[Equatorial] Guinea. Fernando Po [= Bioko].
