Diagnosis: Parmeliellae stylophorae similis, sed thallo fuscato et isidiis plerumque applanatis.

Type: INDIA. Maharastra, Ambenali, on road to Pratapgad, felled tree at bridge, 2 Nov. 1973, M. E. Hale 40045 (US, holotype).
