Paralychnophora
Taxonavigation
editTaxonavigation: Asterales |
---|
Classification System: APG IV
Superregnum: Eukaryota |
Familia: Asteraceae
Subfamilia: Vernonioideae
Tribus: Vernonieae
Subtribus: Lychnophorinae
Genus: Paralychnophora
Species: P. atkinsiae –
P. bicolor –
P. glaziouana – P. patriciana
Name
editParalychnophora MacLeish, Taxon 33(1): 106. (1984)
- Type species: Non designatus for this circumscription. See Loeuille et al. (2012) for problems with P. bicolor the putative type species.
Note: Generic limits between Eremanthus and Paralychnophora are highly problematic, but the above combinations have no equivalents in Eremanthus s.l. and so must be retained here. Hind (2000) and Loeuille et al. (2012 & 2015) provide good evidence for maintaining this genus as a segregate, but see Robinson (1996) and Hassler (2018) for an alternative view.
Synonyms
