Parachlorella beijerinckii Krienitz, E.Hegewald, Hepperle, V.Huss, T.Rohr & M.Wolf, 2004

• Type locality: Nonnenbach brook, a tributary of Tollensesee lake, Mecklenburg, West Pomerania, Germany.
• Holotype: Herbarium at the Botanical Museum at Berlin, Dahlem, Germany B Algae 39866. Studied culture strain SAG 2046 isolated by L. Krienitz in 1999.
• Iconotype: Fig. 1.
