Type: U.S.A. Florida. Monroe County: Everglades National Park, Murray Key. 25o06' N 80o56' W, corticolous on Rhizophora mangle in moderate shade about 20 meters from Florida Bay within a mixed mangrove open canopy forest, 24 Feb. 2010, F. Seavey & J. Seavey3937 E (holotype; FNPS; isotype:FLAS).
