Note: If Breslin et al. (2021) is accepted then this genera is subsumed into Cochemiea s.l. see also CACO (2021). However, Neolloydia inexpectata D.Donati is an accepted species, but would remain unplaced and so this taxon page would have to stay and NOT be deleted or redirected until this situation is resolved.
