Lepraria lanata Tønsberg, 2007

Type: U.S.A., Tennessee, Sevier County: Great Smoky Mountains National Park, along the Boulevard Trail.

Etymology: lanata refers to the consoredia which resemble balls of wool.

Substratum: On rock (most specimens).
